Last week we went forth and released our first press release – scary stuff! You might have seen me in the glamorous role of ‘Myself’ in the WCC Dictionary video, which is probably even more scary! Talking of glamour (and I mean real glamour), take a look around our new site! Isn’t she a stunner?! We always love feedback so don’t forget to leave us a comment and let us know what you think!
The nutshell of WCC Wonderment:
This week…
Superstar Chamcen has been planning and designing the fabulous new Written Chinese Homepage for a while now to make sure it was so awesome all you guys would wanna do was learn Chinese! We were so excited and pleased to finally see it in all it’s glory! We hope you love it as much as we do. Let us know what you think!
Our WCC Dictionary got an upgrade last week and now has a feature a lot of your guys have asked for: a create your own flashcards function! Currently, it’s only available for iOS (thank you, Apple lords), but hold your horses Android users, the same update will be available for you next week, so get planning your new flashcard lists!
If you’ve signed up for our Written Chinese Study Space via the Online Living Dictionary, you might have noticed a ‘Corner Shop’ button. Why not peruse the goodies we now have in store for you; books and flashcards that can be synced to your mobile device and don’t forget all of our amazing study posters, name stamp and chess sets also available to purchase. Don’t forget, we ship worldwide for FREE!
We had a little update for the full versions of our WCC Bigrams app and WCC Characters app. You’ll no longer be hassled by numerous pop ups, which I’m sure is a relief…
Finally, we had our first press release last week, which was both exciting and terrifying at the same time! You can check out some of our posts around the interweb. Thanks to those sites and peeps who helped us get our WCC Dictionary out there!
That’s all for this week but keep your eyes peeled for news and adventures from the WCC Team next week.
Over and out,
Hollie
