Use this tool to add tone marks to pinyin or to convert tone number (e.g. hao3) to tone marks.

Although you can use the red buttons to add tone marks, we highly recommend you use the number method (e.g. hao3) for speed and placement of the accent above the correct vowel. [Hint: Type "v" for "ü"]
Note: You do not need to use this tool to enter pinyin in this dictionary.

We’ve added yet another set of flashcards to purchase in our WCC Dictionary, ‘Essential Chinese Words’, a great set for beginners, or first timers to China! Nora, Chamcen and I took some weird pics sporting our ‘sprout couture’….

    We added yet another flashcard set to our WCC Dictionary app, ‘Essential Chinese Words’. I highly recommend this set for beginners of Chinese and also for those of you who want some essential travel words for your first trip to China!

    After the recent ‘Sprout Couture’ fad that hit Hong Kong and China recently, Nora and I took to the shops to purchase ourselves some floral hair-wear. Once back in the office, we convinced Chamcen to take some pictures with us…creepy….
