If you clicked the link for 不客气, above you will have seen that there are two different pronunciation options.
You don’t need to worry too much about this right now, but some characters change tone depending on the other character tones around them.
In this case, 不 usually has a down tone (2nd tone) bù. However, if it’s used in a word, such as 不客气 and the character following it also has the 2nd tone, then 不 (bù) becomes bú.
