又, like 再, can be used to express ‘again.’ While 再 is used to express something that will happen again in the future. 又 can be used for things that have already happened in the past (again).
You can use the sentence pattern:
Subject + 又 + Verb + 了
For example,
你为什么又看这本书了？ Why are you reading this book again?
