Use 能 to say ‘can’, but it is specifically for doing something that is innate, and not learned.

You can use the sentence pattern: Subj. + 能 + Verb + Obj.

For example,

我能喝十瓶啤酒。(wǒ néng hē shí píng pí jiǔ)I can drink 10 bottles of beer.
