We can use 更 or 还 when making a comparison to say that an adjective is ‘even more’. 

You can use the sentence structure 

Noun + 比 + Noun + 更 / 还 + Adjective

For example, 

上海比北京人口更多。

Shanghai’s population is even bigger than Beijing’s.
